RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Dear User !! Thank you for shopping with us! We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please take a minute to consider that each product is handcrafted and unique in its own manner, an irregular weave, print, or stitch cannot be regarded as a defect. This will help you decide whether to return a product or not. By definition, a handicraft implies a beautiful lack of uniformity. Because they are inherent to the handmade process, flaws or imperfections in the result cannot be considered defects. Several items (fabrics) are made of natural colours and may bleed during the first few washes, requiring careful handling. To prolong the life of the product, kindly adhere to the care directions provided.

 

Also, please keep in mind that www.craftvisionhpcl.com is a marketplace where most of the sellers are artisans, master craft-persons, co-operatives and artisan entrepreneurs. As small businesses it becomes difficult for them to accept returns from customers as many times the products are not returned in original condition. Therefore customers are requested to initiate the return process when the product is actually not up to the mark.

 

Below are the details of our return policy:

 

v Refunds can only be granted if a request for a refund been put in within 07 days of delivery of the product.

 

v We only ask our valuable customers not to use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, packaging and the copy of bill received with the consignment. During Pick up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. After the successful quality refund for the returned item will be processed.

 

v Returns will not be entertained in the following cases:

§  It is determined that the product got damaged while in your possession;

§  The product is different from what was shipped to you;

§  The product is not returned in its original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein);

§  The product is not intact with its original packaging;

§  The product has already been used by the customer in any way;

 

v If you've received product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us at craftvisionhpcl@gmail.com within 2 days from the delivery of the product with relevant proofs in the form of videos and photographs which may support your concern and this case will be further taken care/verified by the concerned team and the necessary steps will be taken.

 

v All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

 

v No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address or there are 2 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the package is refused by the recipient.

 

v We will provide a refund into the original mode of payment.

 

v In the case of refunds, banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.

 

v Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment.

 

v Return pick up will be arranged within 7 days from the date of initiation of return request and will be finalised as per the confirmation on date & time by the Customer.

 

v Allert: Return pick up will be attempted 2 times only.

 

v We do not entertain exchanges.
